Face Frame: 3/4"kiln-dried hard maple or red oak glued and screwed for long-term rigidity and strength.

End Panels: 1/2" plywood fastened to face frame with tongue-and-groove. When specified, end panels are finished with wood veneer to match face frame finish.

Back Panel: 1/4" plywood.

Top/Bottom Panels: Wall cabinets constructed of 1/2" plywood dadoed into end panels and interlocked into hanging rails for strength. Base bottoms constructed similarly of 1/2" plywood.

Hanging Rails: "3/4" x 3 1/2" hardwood rails on wall cabinets. 3/4" x 7" hardwood upper rail and 3/4" x 3 1/2" hardwood lower rail on base cabinets.

Base Corner Braces: High impact, injection molded plastic.

Shelves: 1/2" plywood with edge banding. Wall shelving adjustable up to 24" wide. Base cabinets feature 11" deep half-shelf.

Toe Kick: 3/4” pressure treated plywood on three sides of cabinet. Standard 2 1/2" deep and 3 1/2" tall toe space. Matching veneer finish toe base cover.

Drawers: Four-sided 11/16” solid wood drawer box with 1/4” plywood bottoms. Drawer front screwed to drawer box and constructed to match cabinet door material and style.

Drawer Guides: 100 lb. rated epoxy-coated drawer guides standard.

Doors: Sierra/Lincoln – 2” wide x 3/4” thick solid oak perimeter assembled around a 1/4” veneer panel. Frame members permanently joined with mortise and tenon construction.
Vintage/Eskridge – 2” wide x 3/4” thick solid wood perimeter assembled with mortise and tenon construction around a 5/8” raised panel. Bristol – 3/4” 12-ply hardwood plywood with select veneers.

Hardware: Semi-concealed, self-closing hinges are standard. Fully-concealed hinge available in all doors except Bristol. Standard door and drawer design does not require pulls.

Edge Detail: Standard 10 degree back bevel requiring no pulls.

Interior Finish: All interior surfaces are finished with light birch wood grain melamine that provides extreme resistance to water, alcohol, mild acids and household chemicals.

Exterior Finish: Exposed wood surfaces are finished with stain, sealer and catalyzed varnish, providing extreme resistance to water, alcohol, mild acids and household chemicals. Stains available include Autumn Oak, Fruitwood, Kaffe, Charcoal, Iceburg and Rosewood. Natural stain or unfinished are also available.

Handicap Requirements: All cabinets can be modified to accommodate ADA and Fair Housing specifications.

Warranty:Certified by the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association to exceed or meet industry standards for construction and performance. Mid-America also exceeds or meets standards of ANSI A161.1-2000. All Mid-America Cabinets carry a one-year warranty from date of purchase against defective material and workmanship. Any defective part will be replaced. This does not include labor, installation or transportation cost. Warranty does not apply to damages due to improper handling, installation or use.
